Product Description

The Plaims - Dial Knee Sleeve is a modern solution for anyone struggling with knee discomfort, instability, or reduced mobility.

Unlike traditional braces that simply compress, this advanced system combines targeted compression, precision stabilization, and adaptive adjustment technology to support your knee exactly where you need it most.

With its innovative dial system, you can instantly adjust the level of support, whether you're walking, working, or pushing your limits during workouts.

No guesswork. Just personalized support, every moment.

How to Wear it?

Put it on before the day starts, not after the first wince. Dial backed all the way out, kneecap pad centred, then turn clockwise until it feels held rather than squeezed.

Two clicks tighter before the stairs or a long stand. Back it off in the evening when the knee puffs up. Off on the sofa, and off in bed.

Our guarantee

90 Days. Wear it on the days that actually hurt, not around the house for an hour. If it is not doing the job, send it back for your money.

The day you quietly rearranged

Nobody decides to stop doing things. It happens one small edit at a time. You take the lift for one floor. You go down the stairs sideways, with a hand on the rail. You ask someone else to bring the bags in. You send your husband for the milk because the shop means twenty minutes on your feet.

Your knee never announced anything. You just started planning around it.

One dial. Four parts that do the work.

Micro-adjust dial

Micro-adjust dial

Change the tension mid-activity, without taking it off.

Six-loop lace ladder

Six-loop lace ladder

Spreads the pull evenly down the whole joint.

Patella pad and ring

Patella pad and ring

Cushions the kneecap. The silicone ring lifts out.

Coiled side stay

Coiled side stay

Steadies the knee sideways, with no hinge.

Your knee at 8pm is not your knee at 8am

Stiff first thing. Loosening up by mid-morning. Fine sitting at a desk. Then the stairs, then twenty minutes standing at a checkout, and by evening it has puffed up enough that the same sleeve is cutting in.

A sleeve is pulled on once and holds one setting through all of it. Too loose when it matters, too tight the rest of the time. That is why the drawer is full of them.

The support was never wrong. It was fixed.

Tighten for the stairs. Loosen when it swells.

Morning: on before you leave the bedroom, set so it feels held rather than squeezed.

Stairs, the shop, the walk in from the car: two clicks tighter at the top, before the part that hurts, not after it.

Evening, when it has puffed up: back it off. Then off on the sofa, and off in bed. It is a tool for the day you are actually having, not something to sleep in.

Better traction on stairs
Stairs have always been uncomfortable for me because my knee often felt unstable. Since I started using the Plaims Dial Knee Sleeve, my knee feels much more stable. It hardly slips at all and remains comfortable to wear even during longer walks.

Finally walking more steadily
I've tried several knee braces, but many were either too stiff or kept slipping out of place. The Plaims is much more comfortable to wear and finally gives my knee more stability when walking and climbing stairs.

Comfortable for everyday use
I wear Plaims often at work, and I never would have thought it would be this comfortable. The material feels flexible, and the compression is easy to adjust. I especially like that it’s barely noticeable under my clothes.

90 Days, and we would rather you used them

Give it two weeks of ordinary days before you decide anything. Not an hour round the house. The stairs, the shop, the standing, the evening when it swells.

If it has not earned its place by then, or by day 90, send it back and we return your money.

FAQ

Every sleeve I have owned slid down. Why is this different?

A sleeve holds position by squeezing, so as soon as it stretches or you sweat, it starts travelling down your calf. This holds by lace tension you set yourself, and when it does start to feel loose, you turn the dial rather than stopping to haul it back up.

Can I wear it under normal clothes?

There is no hinge and there are no straps, so the only raised parts are the dial and the oval kneecap pad. Under jeans, work trousers or anything loose it sits out of the way. Under a slim-cut jean you will see the shape of the dial.

How do I choose a size?

Measure around the middle of your kneecap with your leg straight and relaxed, then match that to the size options above. The lace ladder covers a good range inside each size, which is what makes it forgiving if your knee is bigger some days than others. Between two sizes, order either and use the 90 days to swap it.

I tried a hinged brace and it was torture. Will this be the same?

That is usually the side hinge pressing into the soft tissue either side of the joint over a long day. This has no hinge. A single coiled stay runs down the outer side to steady the knee, and the hold comes from lace tension spread across six loops rather than from a rigid frame.

Should I wear it all the time?

No. Wear it for the parts of the day that hurt: the stairs, the shop, the hours on your feet, the jobs around the house. Take it off on the sofa and take it off in bed. It is a support for what you are doing, not something to live in.

What if it does not work for me?

90 Days. Wear it on the days that actually hurt, not around the house for an hour. If it is not doing the job, send it back for your money.
