FAQ

My optometrist says these do not work. Why should I believe you?

Because he is half right and you should know which half. Any lens filters some light, so on a completely dark road with no traffic you are better off without them, and we say so in the instructions. What he is not measuring is glare discomfort on a road full of oncoming LEDs, which is the only thing most people are buying these for. Try them for 90 days and trust your own drive over both of us.

Will I miss a pedestrian in dark clothes?

This is the right question to ask and the reason we tell you to take them off on unlit roads. The lens works on the harsh end of the light rather than dimming the scene, so signs, curbs and people stay visible where there is any light at all. On a black country lane with no streetlights and no traffic, take them off. That is not a caveat we hide, it is on the instruction card.

Will they fit over my prescription glasses?

Yes. That is what they are built for, so there is nothing to swap and no second prescription to pay for. They work on their own or over contacts too.

Are these just yellow tinted glasses like the cheap ones?

No, and the cheap ones are the reason this question exists. A plain yellow lens colors the glare without reducing it, which is why so many people say theirs just made everything yellow.
